Weymouth accommodation - rooms at Elwell Manor Guesthouse

Please note:

Our two double rooms and the single room have en suite facilities.
The twin room has private facilities, ie a shower and toilet which are not in the room but are lockable and for your use only.
The family room has a private lockable bathroom. This is not in the room but is only for your use.

There is no sharing of facilities.

• Double rooms, en suite -  £65 per night for 2 or more nights, £70 July, August
   & Bank Holidays or single nights.
  

• Single room, en suite,   £40 per night all year
  

• Twin  room with private shower and toilet -  £55 per night for 2 or more nights ; £60 July, August, Bank Holidays or single nights
  

• Family room; small double and two singles; private bathroom
  
• £55 per night for 2 or more nights , £60 July, August, Bank Holidays or single nights- for 2 people
• £85 per night for 2 or more nights, £90 July, August , Bank Holidays or single nights - for 3 people
• £100 per night for 2 or more nights, £110 July, August, Bank Holidays or single nights - for 4 people

Private bathroom

• Please note: During busy periods we may not accept bookings of one night, especially at weekends and in the summer months. We might ask you to enquire closer to the date as we might have rooms available for single nights.
  
• For breakfast we offer English, vegetarian or a variety of light options, served between 8 am and 9 am but a light breakfast may be arranged at an earlier time if required.
• We accept children under 12 at our discretion. Infants in a cot may stay at no charge.
  We do not supply cots or highchairs.
  
• Please note : We are closed at Christmas and in January.
  
• Pets are welcome at no charge if they bring their own bed. To avoid the possibility of pets causing damage please note that pets must not be left alone in the room.
  
• Single occupancy of double or twin rooms might be available @ £50/£40  per night. Please ask.
  
• In the interest of security please close windows and lock doors when you leave the guesthouse.
  

Rooms are available from 4 pm to 7 pm  and we ask that rooms be cleared by 10.30 am

When booking we require a valid debit or credit card number to secure the room(s) or, if not available, a cheque made payable to Elwell Guesthouse as a deposit at least seven days before arrival. If it is necessary to cancel a booking we would appreciate a 7 - 10 days notice. We always return deposits if we are able to re-let the room(s). Please take note of our terms and conditions.
